A licensed REALTOR® since 1993 and consistently a top producer, Mary is known for her commitment to excellence in real estate and her passion for giving back. She has served as President of both the San Marcos Board of REALTORS® and Leadership San Marcos, reflecting her leadership in the area. With professional designations like GRI, SRES, ABR, and CRS, Mary is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Born and raised in San Marcos, Chelsea Roberts has a deep-rooted love for the Central Texas area. Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2014, she has thrived in her profession, following in the footsteps of her real estate family. Chelsea is actively involved in her community, serving on multiple boards in San Marcos, Seguin, and New Braunfels. She holds several designations, including SRS, GRI, ABR, CRB, and TRLP, and has earned prestigious honors such as the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year, REALTOR® of the Year, and Positive Impact awards.
